Push up & Squat Jump – Ladder Workout
This can be a 10 min or 20 min workout depending whether you descend back down the workout.
Round 1 – starts with a 20 second sprint and goes straight into a 40 second block where you must complete 1 push up and 1 squat jump in, rest for the remaining time.
Round 2 – starts again with a 20 second sprint and then you complete 2 x push up & 2 x squat jump.
Complete 10 rounds = 10 mins, finishing on 10 x push ups & 10 x squat jumps.
Take 2 mins rest and then descend down the workout starting with 10 push ups and 10 squat jumps!
